And then there was one... Being back in Los Angeles meant that the tour had ended and we'd pretty much all gone our separate ways. A few of us were still staying in the same hotel in LA after the tour, but for the most part, our time together had come to an end.

Las Vegas... Take Two

55 Days, 37 US States and 2 Canadian Provinces later and we're back to our very first stop... Las Vegas. Vegas hasn't exactly been my favourite place we've visited, but as it's the last stop on the tour I knew I had to embrace it.

Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon & Zion National Park

Three more national parks in three days. We actually we went to Bryce Canyon after the second visit to Yellowstone, so technically four national parks in three days. We were really getting our nature on.

Bear Spotting at Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Park was easily one of the places I was looking forward to the most. I mean it's prime animal spotting territory! With the hope of seeing some bears we spent a good 7 hours exploring.

Keystone, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial & Deadwood

Today was a crazy busy day. We did all of the things. We were staying in a little cowboy town called Keystone which is basically at the base of Mt Rushmore. It's incredibly touristy, but then so is most of the USA.

Badlands National Park

Leaving Chicago meant that we weren't going to see another big city for quite some time, and we were getting back in touch with nature with visits to some of the most breathtaking national parks in the U.S.A.

Birthday Celebrations in Chicago!

So I've found the secret to not caring about getting older. Spend it in an amazing new city... like Chicago! No visit to Chicago is complete without an architectural boat cruise, so that's how we began my birthday.

Kennedy Space Centre & St Augustine

As we headed up north on our way to St Augustine we stopped into the home of NASA itself, the Kennedy Space Centre.

Miami

Miami is definitely interesting. Probably not my favourite place on this trip, but hey, now I can say I've been right? We started off the stay with a jet boat ride around Miami.

Universal Studios Orlando

Harry Potter World. Need I say more? That was pretty much the one thing I was ecstatic to see at Universal Studios Orlando. Of course there was a lot of other things to see, but HARRY POTTER!

New Orleans French Quater & Gator Adventures

I feel like New Orleans is probably on everyone's bucket list. It was definitely one of the places that was high on my list of places to visit. Even when it's not Mardi Gras, there's still plenty to celebrate.

Dallas & Fort Worth Stock Yards

Our next stop in Texas was the city of Dallas. Instantly you could tell that this was a rich city. We had a full day in Dallas to explore, so I packed as much in as possible. 

Santa Fe, Cadillac Ranch & Amarillo

From Albuquerque, we set off towards Texas. Our destination was Amarillo. Along the way we stopped off at two really cool locations. The first of which being Santa Fe, USA's second oldest town.

Holidays are all about ticking things off your bucket list. I'd never been hot air ballooning and when I saw that it was on the itinerary, I knew I couldn't miss out.

Monument Valley & Durango

America really does have some incredibly unique and diverse landscapes. One of the stops I was most looking forward to was Monument Valley, and it's pretty easy to see why.

Grand Canyon

The next stop on our adventure was the mighty Grand Canyon. You really can't fathom exactly how enormous it is until you're standing right on the edge.

Viva Las Vegas

Las Vegas really is another world. A completely different experience to anything else. To be completely honest, Las Vegas really wasn't in my top 10 places to visit, however it definitely was a good experience and one to tick off the bucket list.

Disneyland California

Welcome to the happiest place on earth! Disneyland really is just that though. Even with the thousands of people, you still can't help but be in an amazing mood all day. I won't say much more, because Disneyland is pretty self explanatory so enjoy!
