Each year in June "The Light In Winter" is exhibited at Federation Square in Melbourne to celebrate winter and the magic it brings. It aims to bring together the creative brilliance in Melbourne to create a whimsical art piece for everyone to see. This year there was a illuminated see saw with the light following the lowest point of the seat. There's a video further down of us discovering this.
There was also a display of more than 300 books with little lights inside them. Not sure what it means but it looks cool. I think it's now been moved to Swanston Street but I'm not sure for how long.I can't really explain the rest of it, well, who am I kidding, I can't explain any of it, but it's great entertainment.
Here's a little video I made of the light up see saw. The Music is Take Me Away by Robert Marks.
