On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink!

The other night we hit the town for my friend's 21st. We started at everyone's favourite place, Taco Bill, where the margaritas were 1/2 price. We gorged on Mexican food and decadent fruit margaritas for a while and then headed to one of the best places in Melbourne if you're a poor student like we all are. 

On the trip between Taco Bill and Little Peninsula, we got some rather interesting looks from people walking past because my male friend was dressed up as Regina George from Mean Girls. Decked out in a long blonde wig and fake boobs, he could've been Regina George's twin. *cough*

When we got to Little Peninsula, we discovered that they had $10 cocktail jugs. So we all got one. Each. It got to the point where they couldn't serve any more jugs because we were using all of them. They also had $4 wine, beer and sparkling. As well as the blonde wig, there was also a communal pair of cat (or mouse) ears floating about being stolen by anyone who could find them. 

I feel a little bit sorry for the bar tenders at Little Peninsula for having to put up with us, by hey, they got all our money. It was a very entertaining night and I believe the blonde wig ended up coming home with us. I would've preferred the cat ears.
