Three Track Espresso

I'm starting 2015 off with a bowl of deliciousness! Firstly I have to quickly apologise for the lack of posts over the past couple of months. I've been a little uninspired when it came to this blog. However I'm back now and ready to take on 2015!

The year started off with lunch at Three Track Espresso in Brighton. I had a delicious bowl of baked eggs with beans, pulled lamb and sourdough bread. Oh my was it tasty. I could really get used to eating that! My friend had a rocker and prosciutto salad.

We also had an iced coffee each, which was made from a shot of espresso, not coffee syrup. It was very refreshing, especially since it was about 39C outside. Hello summer.

As I said before, the food was delicious. My only issue was it was quite expensive, but, well, it's Brighton. What did I expect? I would definitely go back though... if someone else is paying :P
