A few weekends ago I was in Fitzroy with a few friends checking out Brunswick Street. Now being south-siders, we don't often venture over to the north side, but today we decided to make the trek (it's really not that far) and happened to stumble onto the Rose Street Artists' Market.
I'd known about the Rose Street Artists' Market for a while and always wanted to go, so we leaped at the opportunity as soon as we saw that it was down the road from where we were. The Rose Street Artists' Market features an array of local artists selling all sorts of beautiful things. We wandered around for a while and I completely fell in love with the jewellery designer Cavarra, and ended up buying a bracelet from her.
Melbourne loves a good market, and the Rose Street Artists' Market really adds to how incredibly unique and special this city is. The market is on every Saturday and Sunday! Check out the website for more details.
