Cocktail club with Nuffnang is becoming a regular thing, which I have 0 complaints about. Who doesn't want to sip on delicious cocktails whilst chatting to other bloggers who quickly become new friends. We all speak the same language, and all understand that you cannot touch the food until we've all taken photos of it.
This installment of the Nuffnang Cocktail Club saw us at another hidden bar in the Melbourne CBD called New Gold Mountain to learn how to create a Hemingway Daiquiri. Made famous by it's namesake Ernest Hemingway, who liked a drink or two, but was also a diabetic so regular, sugar-filled daiquiris were out of the question. Thus, the naturally sweetened Hemingway Daiquiri was born.
We also had a wonderful and delicious food sponsor Rice Paper Scissors which we all chowed down on. I, unfortunately, forgot to charge the battery in my DSLR camera so had to suffice with my old camera. However, I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to bust out my instant camera and get some more snaps.
