Once again I was invited by the lovely girls at Wish to preview their new line, this one being for Spring. The "Mistaken By Strangers" line will feature lilac, scarlet, spearmint, orange and sherbet on beautiful figure hugging dresses and chic pant suits. Most of these garments will be in stores within the next couple of weeks (some are already in if you look close enough) and will take us right through til the end of August.
This season's
preview was at Fashion Lounge in Flinders Lane which I'd always wanted to go to but never had so I was excited to suss out a new venue in Melbourne. The decor and the wallpaper matched the collection eerily well. It created a beautiful cohesion of florals and antique.
We were also treated to some complimentary bubbly from the Wish girls which I would like to thank them for.
This blazer was one that was featured in the collection and it's called the Proxy Blazer. The Proxy Blazer is featured in a lot of the Wish collections in different colours depending on the theme of the line so I think I might have to collect a couple.
Wish is stocked in heaps of places in and around Melbourne but you're most likely find the whole collection in Myer or David Jones. Check the Wish website for other smaller retailers closer to where you live. Thanks girls and hopefully we'll see you at the next one!
