♫ Listening // Husky - I'm Not Coming Back
Ben & Jerry's officially launched their Summer 2014 Open Air Cinema series at St Kilda Beach in Melbourne this weekend. With a cocktail in one hand and an ice cream in the other, we settled down under the warm summer sun and soaked it up until the stars were out and it was movie time.
We had a couple of free ice cream options. I went for the chocolate "Fish Food" one at first and managed to spill it all down my white shirt. Mental note: don't wear white and eat chocolate. The other flavour on offer was Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, which I had later on and absolutely loved. ♫ Ice cream is gonna save the day! (10 points if you can name that song).
As the sun started to turn everything a brilliant gold colour, we relaxed to the tunes of Melbourne band Husky.
Soon enough the sun was down and it was time to swap the cocktails for, well, more ice cream! We watched the beautifully uplifting and giggle-worthy film Pride, which I definitely recommend you go see!
